I've always been interested in how many different cultures have a sandwich of
some kind. Some kind of wheat/oat/rice substance wrapped around meat and or
veggies. Very universal.
Kitty, usually water but sometimes if I want a creamy tomato soup milk.
However, since we use fat free milk it doesn't make much difference.
