Re: germinating seeds, saltpetre

water temp--tap temp, above freezing. i don't know. since i do it on kitchen counter [uh-huh], it soon becomes ambient temperature no matter where it started. i always soak over night--seeds to plant, beans to bake, shirts to remove stains.
