No zoning here, pity. The idiot's mother owns the property and she just thinks he's perfect and keeps subsidizing his useless behavior. People in the neighborhood no longer patronize her restaurant, you think she'd get the hint. But she caters to the local yokel cops to keep them from enforcing junk and noise ordinances. Nice.
