man, i'm excited. selby botanical garden is expanding big time [they bought the entire block across the street] and, as a consequence, they are talking about a major re-structuring of the property. last night, they told us [the nursery] they want us to provide the design for the new garden and to do the hardscape, beginning with a $118,000 renovation of the "grand lawn". in addition, they want us to help them build an office building like ours; they are quite taken by our atrium--with its interior landscape of fountains, fish pond, palms [copernica alba], the antique-looking street lamps.
