Kitty- d oyou mind my asking ho much you paid for your chipper/shredder.
The only ones I found online were $700-$900.  Is this in the same ballpark
as yours? (if so I may have to keep throwing out the sticks and branches
into the green waste).

A good C/S is more than that.  I don't know of a weed wacker that can shop
up a one or 2 inch diameter limb. Also, smaller material like thin limbs
and twigs, brush, etc can go in the leaf hopper.
