Opinions please!

Looking for a book for DH for X-Mas on dwarf conifers for his garden
railroad.

Heard that ' Manual of Dwarf Conifers by H.J.Welch is supposed to be
good? Yes, No? Another suggestion?

Looked at some internet sites to see where it would be available at...
one lists it at 45.00 new, but out of print, but used at 75.00 is
offered...hum...

Since many here know the best places to look for books, and since this
one is a gardening one... help!:)
