Re: OT:Heat vs. cold poll

When I worked night shift, I was cold all the time. and usually sleepy. I
thought I felt cold because I was sleepy. Now I can't get to sleep if my
feet are cold, and I feel drowsy if I get too warm.
If you look at biorhythms, most people have slower metabolisms and lower
body temperatures very early am, 2-4:00 am. Metabolism and temperature peak
about 12 hours later, 2-4:00 pm. Now, I'm no expert here, just
something I learned that seemed to fit my own experience.
