OOh- I know this-  I have one (kind of surprised you don't).  It is in fact
a Kaffir Lime tree- the limes aren't eaten, only the leaves.  I tine bit of
leaf goes a long way.

I used slivered leaves in my chicken curry, along with mint, and a bunch of
other complex spices like cardamom.
Mmmmm- maybe I'll make that for dinner tonight!
