Jesse's Sam (a most excellent cat) was Siamese and he had a heart attack too.
We still miss him.

I had a half-Siamese once. Named Goose. She was a bit larger than  
Beans. Beautiful blue eyes, but one was crossed. She died of a heart  
attack. Just collapsed. We rushed her to the vet, but she couldn't  
bring her around. Kinda odd, thinking about a cat having a heart attack.
