Subject: [CHAT] Buddha's hand
Just picked my one [and only for this year] Buddha's hand citron. Couldn't imagine what to do with it until I remembered a conversation I'd had with a woman at work excess kumquats. She suggested slitting them and putting them in a jar of grain alcohol for awhile. So that's what I did.
