Hi, well the first step is to plant those extra plants. Then when the
harvest is ready pick it, weigh it and take it to a local soup kitchen or
food pantry. Then you can email Carol at par@gardenwriters.org with the
donation totals and the place where you donated the produce.

I am not sure who the rep in your area is but I am going to Cc Carol
Ledbetter on this email and she will be able to direct you.
