I don't know. I googled some and it looks a bit like Cordyline
terminalis. It has wide purple leaves streaked hot pink. My Cordyline
baueri which has narrow deep burgundy leaves has never flowered.

Which one ? I planted a C. spicata last fall and it should/may flower
come spring .
