I don't have any favorites, Kathy, but these are some books I bought for Cmas presents that were requested by family members (none of which have even the slightest interest in gardening)

Kudos to Jim. We're proud! And speaking of books... Anyone have a favorite
for those of us in z5 or colder? As a general info I've always liked Bush-Brown 
now reprinted by Brooklyn BG. and of course Dirr on trees and shrubs. How
about landscape planning and perennials in general? Kathy
