Right now my hair goes all the way past my waist. It grows like a weed. Last night I pulled down my ponytail so that it would still be shoulder length if cut there. DH measured and said it was still 13 inchs long, but I am not sure he was exactly measuring where I wanted him too... I havent' gotten around to getting a hair cut since spring- and I live in a pony tail all summer to keep it off my neck while gardening etc so it was only a trim at that time. I normally cut most of it off in the fall, but didn't get around to it.
thanks, I will check this site out.

I have several friends who have donated their hair to Locks of Love and
were happy with them.

Hope this helps-
How long is your hair?

I do have a problem with me donating it to the wrong place and they getting rich on it. My concept is a gift to help others that need it.
