I harvest mine when the leaves are still green but just beginning to
flop over. Then, I clean them, let them dry, braid them, and hang in the
kitchen. I use mostly soft-necked because they store better in the humid
conditions we have.

Bonnie (and any other garlic experts out there....). When do you 
harvest your garlic? I have the perfect place for some, but not sure 
when to dig them up?
