Wasn't as bad as predicted here. About 5", and the temperature is
already above freezing.  We're all plowed out, but I hear it is much
worse south of here.  It will surely be a white Christmas.

Easy to stay safe, no way to get out with 17" snow locally,
more elsewhere. Hope the snowplow comes today or tomorrow,
they're pretty good about that here in Vienna. Bright sun today,
cats complaining about being kept in confinement...
