I have bought many seeds from ebay. There are alot of small nurseries that
sell on ebay. All of my experiences have been good; I can't remember a bad
one. The seeds germinated fine. Some sellers take extra care in packaging
also.
You should read each seller's feedback history to get a good idea of customer
satisfaction, or lack thereof.
