I think Claire is on to something here.
In the RHS database there are 66 records including:
Ulmus glabra 'Camperdownii' CAMPERDOWN ELM
U. glabra 'Pendula' CAMPERDOWN WEEPING ELM;WEEPING WYCH ELM
U. glabra 'Horizontalis' synonym of Ulmus glabra 'Pendula'
None of the other common names listed there seemed to lensd a clue.
