Tricia,
Surely, after all the tests are in and graded the instructor will tell
the class the answer. We expect you to report back to us. Inquiring
minds wanna know!
Melody - another good possibility.

Pond of the Drunken Poet (Zhuibai Pond) located in Shanghai, China. I
know that's stretching it a bit...but closest I could come up with...I
suppose it could be the name of an old cultivar that has long since been
forgotten about...some of the Chinese elm trees located in the US that
I've read about on the 'net are known to be nearly 200 years old...Good
luck! :-)

Don't exactly know but it is worth taking a look at the Camperdown Elm
which
is associated with a poets walk. It is Ulmus glabra var. Camperdownii.
This
is a very nice and pricey tree used in the US and well known in our area.
Camperdown Elm is one that grows downward, toward the ground making a form
not commonly seen in garden trees. It is sterile and, I believe, grafted
to
a normal rootstock.
Worth a try.
