The flower you posed with is a Hanging Heliconia (Heliconia colinsiana). Agree that the trees with the red flowers are Royal poincianas (Delonix regia). Your "red flower" could be the "rouge puff" Brownea macrophylla. Might the "purple flower" be a Hymenocallis? Your "pink flower" is a shell ginger (Alpinia nutans). That fruit might be the Mountain or Malay Apple (Eugenia malaccensis). My books are old, so not sure if the taxonomists have changed any names.
