Ceres: I haven't had the pleasure yet of visiting there yet but hope to
do so this coming spring. I hear they have an awesome storage facility
but also their growing fields are wonders to behold in the way they
prevent cross contamination...can't wait to see it!

Melody, have you visited their facility?  It is very interesting to see the 
plantings, how they protect them and store them. A number of years ago Iowa 
hosted the Tri-State MG Conf in Decorah.  Beautiful area!
