Another real dependable charmer is Philadelphus coronarius 'Aureus'. . .
great Florida fragrance and bright golden foliage to illuminate the garden.

I have a customer with a heritage home that has an incredibly fragrant,
incredibly tall Philadelphus  TREE growing on the east side of their home.
Would you believe 25 feet?  I tried searching for a variety name a couple of
years ago but drew a blank.

Any guesses?
