Try knee high support sox. I finally gave in this winter & bought some for
my swollen feet. I managed it by eating almost no salt, but when that didn't
work, I had to try something else. I wear the support hose a few days, then
go without until they start swelling again. I'm 51 too, wonder if it's
something about the decade? I was out of work a couple of months early last
year. Took $5/hour pay cut to work for the same medical center, in hospital
instead of home care.
