Kitty, I went to the web site to view the photo.  It does look like grass.  I 
am anxious to see how this plant developes with another years growth. BTW, I 
ordered Colocasi esculenta 'Nancys Revenge' which was pictured just above the 
Cordyline.  Are you familiar with it?
