I kind of doubt it, Theresa at least not in a permanent outdoor location. While it's very popular here, it is popular mostly as a plant that can be brought in if it gets really cold [for us, that's below freezing].

The short one just pointed out that one of our ground orchids [Anoectochilus species], AKA jewel orchid, is sending up bloom spikes. It's in the front patio but back under the eaves of the house, somewhat protected from both summer sun and winter chill. I really like this orchid; it has dark reddish-purple leaves and tiny white flowers.
Weather her today is cool [in the 50s] and windy; forecast is for rain.
