The Hispanic population LOVE goat meat. It's very popular in Texas, New
Mexico, etc.
Never heard of anyone eating an older goat, but have seen multitudes of
restaurants in Mexico and parts of Texas that specialize in "Cabrito".....a new
born or sometimes Unborn goat.
FYI...Not my cup of tea...although I'm not open to new things, this just
doesn't sit well with me.
