Re: jesse' new found liberty

You don't have to tell me....I know! Am doing a Christmas stocking for my grandson and the hand painted canvas cost me more than a tree at the nursery and then there is the cost of the threads and beads I'm using to do it ... but he is worth it!

Actually, no. I have never done needlepoint in my whole big life. I've done cross-stitch and I knit. But I am also an artist...and I can design and paint the needlepoint canvas...and there is some money to be made there. Those things are EXPENSIVE...as any needlepoint lover can tell you.

You are a needlepointer? That is my other love, besides plants. What do you like to stitch? Come to think of it, you could do garden related canvases.... Best of Luck!
