Really? Where've you visited? Truth to tell I haven't found any places
around here that make me excited about going there.

My middle daughter & family are in Palmdale. They're moving this spring, if
their house sells. I've had a lot of fun browsing nurseries for them in
Palmdale & Lancaster. Ginger doesn't "do" plants, but has kept a ficus alive
for several years now.
