Also, do you have pics of what your raised beds and plants looked  like 
before the accident?  Show them to a landscape designer.   Have a two or three 
landscape designers/landscapers come by and give you  estimates on what they would 
charge you to replace and replant your  gardens.  Sure you'll probably do the 
work yourself later for much less,  but it will give you more to submit to 
your insurance company and get the most  for your claim.
