Yep- I've been hunting through that.  Hey Jim-  can you just list every 
ground orchid you can think of?  I thought this was something you had 
grown in the past.  It came up when we are discussing Bletilla...(Hoping 
to jog your memory as mine seems dysfunctional lately)
