I doubt you'll have the windows open as much this trip.
All I can think of is to pack them as if you were shipping them; nice and snug.

OK, I'm trying to come up with an idea on how to get my blooming orchids back
to SC without destroying the blooms. They're going to have to go in the
trailer (Uhaul) and I was thinking of boxing them carefully, adding plant
heaters and covering the boxes with cloth. I can't take them in the front with
me, and honestly last time they didn't like that anyway. My Vanda lost all of
its blooms that time. Too much wind with the windows open.
Any ideas would be appreciated.
Thanks!
