RE: PNW Show

I must be getting "old"...I see these trends in many hobbies. Right now,
knitting is picking up again. Something gets popular, many try it, it
wanes, and those who really found enjoyment stay. I'm not surprised about
low-maintenance pre-designed...many of my neighbors and friends are those
kinds of gardeners...one reason I frequently recommend
natives...low-maintenance.

We are having some winter again...a little snow on the ground...cold
weather...but, then, it is supposed to warm again at the end of the week.
Last night, Nature had an interesting section on the melting of the
Arctic...substantial since 1979.
