Sounds like a great time. I've decided once I get settled in Beaufort, and before the temperatures get crazy, I'm going to see Jim Singer and the Selby Botanical Garden. Jim, you up for it?

Returned Saturday from the trip to Oregon and Southern California.
Had a wonderful time, not counting the plane delays. Highlight of the
Oregon portion of the trip was a visit to a stand of Darlingtonia, a
pitcher plant (had never before seen carnivorous plants in the wild).
A bonus was seeing western skunk cabbage in bloom!
