hum.... currently zero and add the wind chill you come up with -15.....
although the high today is supposed to reach 14 ( a heat wave from the last
week)...

But it is sunny and looks nice outside till you actually walk out...
Pipes here still frozen, the city is now working on it.... since it isn't
frozen inside the building, it became their problem!... sigh. I could care
less who's problem it is... I just want it fixed!  Bathroom calls gotta be
planned, nothing like sprinting across an icy freezing cold 150 ft parking lot
to use it next door.

Spring isn't here!
