Donna, I do have a good VP and the job is not that tough once you know the 
reqmts, etc.   I have been trying to say 'no' so I'm not living from 
project-due-date to project-due-date.   I'm sure you have had the feeling 'things will be 
better once I get thru this' but then it is always something else.
