Chris, I don't know what the plans are for your District this year.
My cronies on Long Island are boycotting the District and State 
boards this time around because they don't like the incoming
State President or her daughter the incoming District II Director.
To me, that is childish behavior.  My commitment is to the 
organization, not to the President or Director.  There have been
a couple of State Presidents that I didn't really like in the  18 
years I have been on the State Board, and a couple of District
Directors I haven't liked in District IX in the same period.  I feel
a responsbility to hang in there to try to keep the organization 
on an even keel.
We will be coming to the State Meeting in March.  Will you be
there?
