That's a LOT of snow! There are a lot of hawks around here that look like yours, such as the red shouldered hawk. However, I'm not familiar enough with any of them to identify it. I really like hawks a lot. They are always sitting on the utility wires looking out over bean and/or cotton fields for snacks.
