Re: roll call time!

Last year was our first year on DST. While I never was concerned about it, it was nice to have more time in the evening if I wanted to putter. As to adjusting, I don't have a problem. It's sort of like staying up too late one night or getting up earlier than usual. I balance it out the next night if I'm tired and then I'm fine. Dark or light going to work? Not a problem really as I am going to WORK. Who cares? There's still the same number of hours in a day, nothing can change that.

I'm very grateful they're moving up DST. It gives us an extra hour of
daylight when we get home from work and with all we have to do, that is
sorely needed.

I just wish they'd make DST go away all together.  I hate adjusting to
the time change, and the whole concept of pretending it is a different
time than it actually is for a couple of months has always seemed odd.

Theresa- who seems to be rather grouchy because she's catching a cold

Weather has been OK. Some freezing, but warms right up again. I'm

Just rain and thunder here, thank goodness. The dogs all freaked out
and are currently snoozing from anti-anxiety meds they got with
dinner.  Wish we had gotten a tad more rain, but hey at least we got

Since I am home and working- happened to go into my work email to
pull a file to my laptop and read the story on the storm this
weekend on the home page....
so.... roll call time!  Seen throughout the country there were
tornado's, multi car crashes, and closed everything.  Thinking it is



time to check on the members here!

Yes, we got about half inch to an inch of ice last night, was
melting, but now it is snowing it's fool head off here.
