That & chopping w/out cleaning the surface between items. Anyway, I like my water clean, no garnish, so I'll let everyone else worry about the fecal matter on the lemon wedges.

Don't you think that would hold true for all fresh garnishes added to food or drink? I think the problem is busy servers adding them without gloves on. Especially if they are also handling money.
