Wow - no kidding.  My elec bill runs between 50 and 90 dollars a month,
depending on the season.  Gas bill runs about 60 or so in the winter and
about 15 the rest of the year (water heater).  Of course my house is only
about 1100 SF and I don't have central heat or air.
