OT: cell phones

OK- I usually like the convenience technology can provide, but I got a new cell phone last week and I HATE it. It's the new Google G1. I won't go into detail, but it is a pain. I just want a good phone that works as a phone, that I can do voice dialing from a bluetooth headset (withOUT having to touch the actually phone at all and that actually understands and dials the correct person on the first attempt), and that has a decent calendaring program- preferrable one that can sync to google calendar online. Is that too much to ask?? Anybody got a suggestion? Oh yeah- I have Tmobile service. Which works great here.
