RE: Leucothoe -no comments?

Ceres: Here I am...just got swamped with post holiday cleaning...the kids got so many nice new things for Christmas that while they were still feeling somewhat euphoric I decided to get them going on getting their old toys sorted and given away if no longer used...took almost three full days to get it done and then another couple of days to clean up the housewide mess that made...Have not seen the plant you mention but will go to Wayside's online catalog and take a look...the name alone has me intrigued. Thought I would try again. Also am wondering about Melody. She is usually very talkative but she did say she was feeling flu effects. Anyone familiar with Leucothoe axillaris 'Vanilla Swirl' as found in the new Wayside catalog? I love the pictured foliage. Ceres, Iowa, zone 4/5
