It's my chubbiest cat, Shimmy, 18.5 pounds  (that's 8.4kg, Brian) that nails
the bunnies.  Being well fed has nothing to do with the fun of the chase.  

A good way to protect your beds from being abused by neighborhood cats is to
use those green metal folding fences.  You lay them flat on the ground and
your plants will grow through them, but the cats don't like trying to work
around them.
