Rich, who conducts the test?  Is the test a std test?  I am not aware of a 
test in Iowa but it certainly could be around.
    Last year I was appointed (by the governor) to the state landscape 
architecture licensing board.  I am one of the two public persons on the 
board.  I have learned so much and greatly enjoy it.  Hey, it is even a 
paying job!  These days I am involved in so many volunteer jobs.
