RE: fat birdies


Oh I fill mine every day too when I get home from work. They seem to
know when I get home, because they are all perched in the trees -
hundreds of them staring at the feeder. The minute I get out of the back
yard and lock the gate behind me, they descend and start pigging out.
it's hilarious. I fill Pat's feeder across the street too, because she
usually doesn't get home until after dark. Glad they're all plumped up -
it was 19 degrees here this am (normals are 34 low - 54 high). I'd
better bring my lemon verbena in tonight, this is about as cold as it
can stand. brrrrrr....
