Awhile back, I forget who it was, asked about tree Peony. As for pruning,
I wait 'til the the growth buds swell, as mine are doing now. This way I
can see where to cut off the "dead" wood. I just cut mine last week. I
have 5 - 6 stems branched, 2 - 5 5ft.
counted 33 growth buds. Exciting!!!!
