I had heard about the fires.  L.A. and south are still in a bad drought.
They haven't had the rains like we have.  Glad to hear your sister's house
was ok.  It was 90 in L.A. the day of the Superbowl but of course when I
drove down there on Monday it was much cooler and and overcast.  Maybe it's
just me.
