Hey Pam, I think Pamela is a great name.  When I was a little boy, of course
Richard was shortened to Dick, and that wasn't too bad, since I grew up in
the time of the Dick and Jane reading primers.  As time went on the name
just got worse and worse.  Hence the Rich.
