Hello Josh,
    Wholesaler was Bill Hendricks of Klyn Nurseries. Not sure of exact town
or city right now... just northern Ohio. Have not had a chance to look and
see if he is on line. Wanted to stand in line and chat a bit with him, but
too many people lined up in front of me and it was getting late. We had a
full hour drive to get back home.
    He certainly knows his trees and shrubs. Also good photographer and
speaker.
