You might also look for "Auntie Lou." Our designers think it has wonderful color.

Ceres,
Your mention of Cordyline caught my eye. I saw Cordyline baueri in WFF's
catalogue last year for $22. Loved it but couldn't bring myself to do it.
Then, lo and behold, I happened accross one at a local greenhouse for only
$4. It grew outside all summer and it at least doubled in size. I potted
it and it's inside now and doesn't seem to mind the conditions. I'm even
more excited now because WFF is carrying it again, but now the price is $36!
I also found it elsewhere ion the internet for $40. Perhaps the sizes are
bigger, but since it appears to grow rather quickly, that doesn't matter to
me.
I wish I could get a better idea of C. 'Red Sensation's form than I can see
on SS's website. Will have to scout around.

Bonnie, I cannot say a certain plant but more of what are tropicals to
me. Remembering a zone 7 plant is tropical to me. I love the salvia van'Paul' & the burgundy form which I have purchased. I am going to try the
Caribbean Coral this year and will use it in my blue and orange MG garden.
